10 Questions – 10 Answers
– Where would you like to wake up tomorrow morning?
– I would love to wake up next to a river, to be awakened by the warmth of the sun and the tinkling sound of the crystal-clear water. Once I had this experience I really wouldn’t mind reliving it.

– Please name a book, a movie, a piece or a song, which you think is about you?
– The Blue Moon by Billie Holiday, ever since I was a small child whenever I looked at the moon, I felt that (as she sings so beautifully) I’m no longer alone.

– What was your greatest rebellion as a teenager?
– It’s pretty hard to pick one, I wasn’t such a well-behaved teen. Probably the worst was when I disappeared for a couple days without saying a word…

– What would you do, if you wouldn’t be doing what you do now?
– Art was always a given, I create in such a wild range, through so many mediums, that whatever I would answer I might just do it tomorrow. :) Also I would be a therapist and I already started walking on that road.

– What year would you type into a time machine, and why?
– Whatever year comes to my mind, if I really try to think about it, as a Jewish women none of them seems very promising, I’d rather imagine myself in a world where life is not lived in front of screens.

– What are the first three items on your bucket list?
– To dance with fire, to travel to India and to see the northern light.

– What is your greatest fear?
– I used to be really afraid that I was crazy, now that I know I am :D, my only worry is to not hurt anyone with it.

– What ’superficial’ things do you waste your time with?
– I clean, I wouldn’t say it's a waste, I function much better in a clean and organised space, but it certainly does take a lot of time.

– What kind of superstitions or rituals do you have before entering the stage?
– If I perform, if I install, if I lead a therapeutic group or hold a yoga class, if I am helping other artist’s works (as a co-creator or just as support), I always do the same thing: I close my eyes and ask for a blessing, so I can give in the best possible way.

– When and how do you get your best ideas?
– The how and where really varies, but usually it is late at the dawn of night.

– Which historical figure or fictive personality would you like to share a cup of coffee/tea or a glass of wine with?
– With Lilith the first woman, although I wouldn’t mind sharing some fresh rainwater with an older tree either.

– What is your oldest piece of clothing?
– The “oldest” is a dress that I got from one of my grandmothers, she sew it for herself in her twenties. It's as good as new, I love wearing it. But the piece of clothing I had for the longest time is a T-shirt I got when I was in kindergarten. It’s black (now rather grey) with a colourful text that says flower-power and it's further adorned with flower textile badges and prints, when I got it, it went down below my knee, now it is over my belly button.

– Which sense is the most important for you?
– My vision, I can’t even imagine my life without visual stimulus.

– Is there one fact about you, which would surprise others if they would know it?
– That I am not so young, as they usually tend to think. :D

– How do you see yourself in ten years?
– Myself with even more smiling wrinkles and also some more dear white curls in my hair, in my surroundings I envision lots of love and excitement.
