10+1 Questions – 10+1 Answers

– Can you name a book, a movie, a piece or a song, which you think is about you?

– Let's say Stardust for now, and the music would be: David Motion, Sally Potter, Jimmy Somerville: Coming, Tolcsvay brothers: Hungarian mass. I wouldn’t say it’s about me but there is something between us.

– What was your greatest rebellion as a teenager?

– My rebellion was about feeling rejected feeling bad about it but not changing to be involved. There is this story that still gives me goosebumps, that I got a bag with Hello Kitty on it, from someone I really loved. And even though I didn't like Hello Kitty or pink, I felt like I should wear this bag, so I went to school, lifted up my bag and screamed: “here you go, you can laugh at me but I am gonna wear this bag anyway”.

– What would you do, if you wouldn’t be doing what you do now?
– I would write and draw fairy tales for adults, or create games.

– What year would you type into a time machine, and why?

– Before Christ at least 20.000, I think I would feel like the kid of humanity, that sounds interesting.

– What is your greatest fear?

– Impotence, in many forms.

– What ’superficial’ things do you waste your time with?

– I watch romcoms, to just have something meanwhile I crochet, but then I start to really watch it even though it's always the same, then there is eating the kind that's just for time-consuming, these two can be paired. Then there is the one when I choose to go on a longer path because I have a feeling to go like that (that sometimes works out, but sometimes it's just time-consuming, maybe long-term good).

 – When and how do you get your best ideas?

– One step after boredom, or there is this feeling of “okay, let’s just begin” that can be good too. Or my favourite thing is to take a melody and sing random lyrics to it while walking and at some point I say something that’s good for something, or the melody changes in a way that I would have some dance idea from it,  or draw something, or it becomes kind of a tale that's very inspiring to me.

– Which historical figure or fictive personality would you like to share a cup of coffee/tea or a

glass of wine with?
– With Haku; Sappho; or with the white horse mother of a Hungarian legend.

– What is your oldest piece of clothing?

– A coat from my grandmother (50 years old).

– Is there one fact about you, which would surprise others if they would know it?
– As a kid with one of my friend, we used to play that we were toilets.

– How do you see yourself in ten years?

– I am doing a lot of different things but in one I already feel comfortable. I either really love being alone, or I have a small family.
