Where would you like to wake up tomorrow morning?
On the set of a movie I am directing...

What was your greatest rebellion as a teenager?
I don’t know if there was anything like this. Although, we founded a band when I was 14 and rebelled at all kinds of places. :-)

What would you do, if you wouldn’t be doing what you do now?
I might be a joiner or potter or sculptor... But there are many other things I am interested in.

What year would you type into a time machine, and why?
There are people who haven’t been here since my early childhood, I would like to meet them and talk to them. So rather one of my childhood years.

Do you have any superstitions or rituals before entering the stage?
I only have a stage fright, every time.

When and how do you get your best ideas?
During traveling or walking.

Which historical figure or fictive personality would you like to share a cup of coffee/tea or a glass of wine with?
I like stories of the Antiquity. The Roman Empire... So maybe with one of the commanders...

What is your oldest piece of clothing?
I have an old, large T-shirt I have been wearing for a long time, later only for sleeping. Poor thing has been so battered by washing, it is already almost transparent. So, lately I have been lending it to girls for sleeping, in case they need to spend the night at my place… :-)

Which sense is the most important to you?
My eyesight.

Is there one fact about you, which would surprise others if they would know it?
If I would start dancing ballet. :-)
